10/10
The bus stop is literally at the door. Super handy when exploring Salzburg! The staff was truly kind, especially the bartender who made our trip even more enjoyable with his wicked good drinks. Lost my phone, and the evening lady was so compassionate when it got returned. Really felt welcomed here.

The location near bus stops made it convenient for exploring. However, the small bathroom was quite cramped.

Direct bus service to city center, historical ambiance and character, ample recreational space in lobby
The lack of air conditioning is a notable drawback!!! Small bathrooms make for a cramped experience, while parking availability can be a hassle during peak times!!! A lack of elevators complicates things for those with heavy luggage!!!

The Small Double Room was cozy and had a nice traditional feel to it. The beds were really comfy, which was a big plus. I loved the charming decor in the hotel, it felt like a little piece of Austria. It's also super quiet at night, perfect for a good sleep. Only downside was the bathroom, it was a bit cramped. But overall, I enjoyed my stay!

The small double room was hot without air conditioning and the shutters were difficult to close.

missingWrote a review on Jun 14friendly staffcozy atmospherelimited amenitieshigh breakfast priceno air conditioning
The staff were exceptionally friendly, making for a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay, and the hotel features a lovely cocktail bar with an inviting outside seating area perfect for warm evenings. Breakfast included delicious homemade bread but felt a bit pricey compared to what's offered, and the room could use a few more amenities for comfort. The lack of air conditioning was noticeable during warm periods, and while parking was convenient, it’s a fixed fee without discounts, which can add up.
